This is quite a simple meal set with some vegetables and organic brown rice.
Organic brown rice
Green Vegetables (any green vegetables are fine)
Broccoli mixed with carrots, chestnuts, tulips
Raw vegetables for the salad (on the top) – beetroot, sprouts, and carrots and raw honey
Cook the organic brown rice. For the green vegetables, simply boil some green vegetables and add with a little organic sea salt. Fried the broccoli with carrots, chestnuts and tulips. And for the salad, simply prepare the above raw vegetables and add a little raw honey on top.
When all are ready, it’s ready to be served!
